Martin has been involved in law enforcement for several years in the public, private and judicial sectors. This has included being a Deputy Sheriff, Staff Sergeant and Range Officer with the Allegan County Sheriff snowmobile and reserve divisions, a Court Officer with the Kalamazoo County District Court, a R/Sergeant with the Decatur Police Dept., and is currently a Court Deputy and Supervisor of the Van Buren County Sheriff Civil Division.

At the age of 19, Martin started Viper Security Enforcement, being the youngest person ever to own a Licensed Security Guard and Investigation Agency in Michigan. Martin is currently licensed in Michigan as a Private Detective, Security Guard Contractor and a Repossession/Collection Agency Owner/Manager.

In 2008, Martin was elected to the Board of Directors of the Michigan Coalition of Responsible Gun Owners (MCRGO) which he serves in an "at large" position along with several state legislators and other state officials for pro-gun advocacy, legislation and education.

Since 2001, Martin has been teaching firearms to citizens, CCW applicants, law enforcement officers, legislators, foreign contractors, and private security agencies throughout the State of Michigan and from Canada. His credentials and training include being an appointed NRA Training Counselor (being able to certify individuals to become firearms instructors), a certified Law Enforcement and Civilian Firearms Instructor, certified NRA Personal Protection OUTSIDE The Home Instructor, and a certified NRA Chief Range Safety Officer. Martin is also certified and a member of the International Association of Law Enforcement Firearms Instructors, and the International Law Enforcement Educators and Trainers Association.

Martin is an avid ATV rider, also being an ORV and Snowmobile Instructor certified with the Michigan Department of Natural Resources (DNR). Martin volunteers his time teaching classes to young children wanting to obtain their safety certificate for riding ATV's, and dirt bikes, in the Baldwin Area for the Lake County ORV Association in connection with the Lake County Sheriff's Office.

Martin has received recognition, and has been honored, by the US Department of Veterans Affairs for his employment and service to military personal and reservists.

Westra has been involved in public safety for several years. This included being a Sergeant with the Allegan County Sheriff Reserve Division, Captain with the Kalamazoo/Battle Creek International Airport Fire Rescue Dept., an Airport Operations Specialist with the same airport, and is currently a Court Deputy with the Van Buren County Sheriff Civil Division. Westra was also employed as the Corporate Safety Director at Duncan Aviation for Michigan and Ohio.

Westra's public safety and instructional background consists of being an Academy Instructor and Arson Investigator for the Michigan Firefighters Training Council, a CPR/First Aid Instructor for the American Heart Association, a certified NRA Firearms Instructor, a certified NRA Personal Protection OUTSIDE The Home Instructor, an NRA Chief Range Safety Officer, and an IDPA competitive shooter.

Dunklee has been involved in law enforcement for several years in the public, judicial, and federal levels. Currently she is employed as a Supervisory TSO with the US Department of Homeland Security. Her past employment history has also included being a Child Care Worker for the Allegan County Youth Home, a Bailiff for the Ottawa County District Court, and a Deputy for the Allegan County Sheriff Reserve Division.

Dunklee is also a certified NRA Firearms Instructor, a certified NRA Personal Protection OUTSIDE The Home Instructor, an NRA Chief Range Safety Officer, and a Michigan ORV Instructor.

Holmes as been employed for several years as a Facilities Director at Haworth. He is also currently a Sergeant, and Range Officer, with the Allegan County Sheriff Reserve Division.

Holmes is also a certified NRA Law Enforcement Firearms Instructor.

Alexis is an NRA Certified Apprentice Instructor who has assisted in teaching firearms classes to many new shooters, CCW applicants and firearms instructor canidates. Alexis has also assisted in ORV classes in the Kalamazoo, Paw Paw and Baldwin areas. Alexis is a full-time student, avid string and electric bass player, who is also part of the office clerical staff.

Koenig is a historian in firearms and shooting sports. Being an avid shooter and collector for years, Koenig is an expert in "wheel guns", rifles, ammunition types and the nomenclature of most firearms.

Koenig is also a certified NRA Firearms Instructor and NRA Range Safety Officer.
