CPR & First Aid Classes

BLS for Healthcare Providers is designed to teach the skills of CPR (including ventilation with a barrier device, a bag-valve mask device, and oxygen), use of an AED and relief of foreign-body airway obstruction (FBAO). (Two year certification issued upon completion)

Heart Saver CPR & AED, a comprehensive course for the First Responder, teaches CPR, use of an automated external defibrillator (AED) and relief of foreign-body airway obstruction (FBAO) to all lay rescuers, particularly those who are expected to respond to emergencies in a workplace or school. This class covers Adult, Child, and Infant emergencies. (Two year certification issued upon completion)

First Aid teaches first responders to effectively recognize and treat adult emergencies in the critical first minutes until EMS personnel arrive. This course provides training on first aid, medical emergencies, injuries, and environmental emergencies. (Two year certification issued upon completion)

Heart Saver First Aid with CPR & AED, a comprehensive course for the First Responder, teaches CPR, use of an AED and relief of foreign-body airway obstruction (FBAO), as well als first aid emergencies including treatment of bleeding, burns, strains and sprains, and management of common medical emergencies. (Two year certification issued upon completion)
