We pride ourselves as being the only 'elite' security agency in the State of Michigan. The reason for this is simple. All of our security officers and security personnel are more advanced in security procedures and training than all of our competitors. We only hire individuals with one or more of the following requirements:

Is currently or have previously been a certified police/public safety officer or belong to a department's reserve division.

Has had adequate military experience and/or training close to military police and/or security and has not been dishonorably discharged.

Is a student majoring in criminal justice or related field from an accredited college or university.

Or has sufficient experience and worked for a reputable contract security agency or proprietorship security force.
