Viper Security Enforcement -Uniform Division, offers professional, well-trained uniform security officers for all commercial and industrial needs.

We feel at VSE that there needs to be a certain level of education and training that a security officer needs to achieve in order to be an effective officer in any capacity. Our agency does not believe in hiring a "warm body" off the street, providing them with a badge and a uniform, and sending them out to protect your property. This creates more of a liability to our agency, and to you, the client.

Our security officers must first meet the criteria of having had prior law enforcement and/or security experience before obtaining a position within our agency. After being hired, all officers must complete our training curriculum.

This curriculum includes:

Verbal approach

Basic self-defense techniques

Handcuffing techniques

Chemical defense (OC) training

State and local law awareness

Security liability and client protection

Firearms training and qualifications (for armed officers)

VSE has used this philosophy from the first day of business. We have come to find that the client has been more satisfied with the service and productivity with our officers, than with our competitors "guards". In many cases we have initiated security programs with clients, who had previously contracted with our competitors. In every case, we still provide security for those clients. Simply put, better training and education provides a better service.
